Slope editor screen

This is the main screen of the slope editor. To close it, click the arrow in the left-hand bar where the slope information is displayed.

Green Rectangle

A green rectangle is now visible on the map surrounding the slope. This rectangle indicates the area where the slope's perimeter can be traced. It is important to note that the rectangle's boundary is based on geographic data and may not entirely cover the slope's actual extent. In case of inaccuracies or partial coverage, you can manually resize the rectangle to correctly fit the slope's area. This adjustment allows for a more accurate representation, ensuring optimal configuration for the buildings involved.

Once the rectangle is adjusted, simply click inside the green area to begin tracing the slope's perimeter.

Slope perimeter drawing

The perimeter drawing offers the following functions:

  • Left mouse click
    1. Places a marker on the map with a progressive number based on the number of markers already placed for the slope
    2. Clicking an existing marker again will close the perimeter drawing
  • Right mouse click
    1. Removes the last placed marker

Once the perimeter is drawn, a collapsible menu will appear at the bottom center of the screen, displaying the measurements of the individual sides.

View measurements

The menu that opens includes three main sections:

Slope perimeter measurements

  • Measurement section: displays the measurements of the lines previously drawn for the slope.
  • Excluded areas section: allows you to draw areas to exclude on the roof.
  • Panel orientation section: lets you choose whether to draw the panels vertically or horizontally (in the future, it will be possible to rotate them directly without having to repeat the entire process).

Excluded areas section

The excluded areas drawn for that slope are displayed. If none have been drawn yet, a button to add them is shown.

Panel layout section

Select whether you want the panels to be drawn vertically or horizontally. In the future, it will be possible to compare these two options.
